Sears Holdings/Kenmore/LG should be held responsible knowing that they were selling a faulty product. She couldn't afford the extended warranty so she didn't buy it. Now in under 2 years the compressor failed according to the technician and parts are on order. I call the warranty who sent out a part and told me a repairman would contact me.
